Mark Dycio, Esq. used to be well know as a very effective defense attorney. However, over the past few years many of his clients have received inferior representation from him and have gone elsewhere, myself included. He offs his cases now to his junior lawyers and pushes clients to accept the first ...plea bargain he gets whereas in the past he would have fought tooth and nail for a dismissal. He just no longer has any real fight left in him. The last time I used him I was quoted one rate but when the bill arrived it was not what he said it would be but rather a considerable amount more.
