This seemed to be an open and shut case and I thought there was no way out of this one. DUI 2nd offense with high BAC and a totaled car on top of that. Thankfully no injuries. They rejected the plea offer and took it to bench trial. Thank god they did that because as it turns out the arresting ...officer made too many critical errors and in the end without getting into all the legal mumbo jumbo I was found not guilty, case dismissed. I do not understand the law very well but these guys do and if you let them do their job the results will be astonishing. This is your go to guy if you are seeking counsel

Simply put if you want the best possible outcome of your court case, Mark Dycio is worth every single penny spent. Dycio is unlike many lawyers that come off like cars salesman that try to sell you the dream and will be 100% honest with you.
