For context I am a young girl and Mark took advantage of that. He charged an insane amount to help me with my wreckless ticket but I agreed to it so that’s on me. When I met him at court he lied to me and told me that he could get it off my record and all I had to pay was court fees. He told me word ...for word that it won’t be on my record. I was so relieved and happy I thought I got off scott free. Later on I go and check my public records and I admitted guilty to failure to pay attention. I’m not mad that I got that charge but I’m mad that he lied to my face and had me sign something that I didn’t know what I was signing for. Then, many months later after my court case maybe 6 months have gone by and he told me that I never paid him and that he will be taking legal action against me, a very threatening message out of the blue. I showed him my bank statement of me paying him before we even went to court and he didn’t even have the decency to respond.

Abrupt but does not waste time with chit chat. Billing accurate to minute and not rounded up. Yes, as reviews say, he is abrupt, but does not mince words. Honest and will not settle. He is a fighter. Mark Dycio called me on July 26th around 9am and was very belligerent.
