I hired Frank based on the reviews I had found online and I was very pleased with the outcome. Frank has been in this business for 24 years and it certainly shows. He knows all of the judges in the area and he knows the states attorney well enough to know the right moves/plea to ensure you get the b...est outcome possible. I had a drunk night out and ended up in the wrong condo...got into a small altercation with owner based on me being confused and in the wrong condo unit. The police that arrived on the scene charged me with 3rd and 4th degree burglary and public endangerment. Through a preliminary hearing before court Frank was able to get the worst of the charges, the 3rd degree burglary charge, completely removed before court in order to keep the case in district court. A month later on the actual day of court, he got the second burglary charge dropped and on the intoxicated endangerment misdemeanor I received PBJ for a year. I was very pleased with this outcome and would highly recommend Frank to anyone who got into an alcohol related incident in OC!
