Last summer while on vacation at the beach we experienced a parents worse nightmare, a phone call at 2 AM that our son was arrested on an alcohol related charge. Bottom line Frank was able to get the charges held in abeyance for 6 months while our son preformed 50 hours of community service, and attended 6 months of alcohol counseling. With these activities and clean record after six months the charges were dropped. While the outcome was great, what was even more comforting was that FRANK KNEW EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN, EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. There were no surprises. He is knowledgeable and knows the system and the players and they know him. He is well know in the OC legal system and well respected. Frank is the consummate attorney. He is totally open and honest.
