Frank handled my DUI case, and it was my second offense so I was very worried. Frank was upfront with me and doesn't sugar coat anything so that's what I liked the most about him. He knows the judges and prosecutors very well so that helps big time when dealing with these types of cases. I ended up w...ith a much better sentence than what it could have been. I was very pleased with Mr Benevento's services. I have used him several years ago for a divorce and was very pleased.
