Completely out of the blue unexpected embarrassing traumatic arrest in OCMD for charge(s) from a 'Karen-in-training' (my words) making a mountain of a molehill. Regardless, Ms. Furbay and Mr. Benvenuto were extremely helpful via phone and email despite me being several states away and my great appreh...ensiveness about everything. Male, mid 30's, and to risk sounding cliche, "I do not normally write reviews". However, in this circumstance, I find myself obligated to do so in as honest and sincere a way as possible as a means to be a service. The service I would hope to provide is to guide others who may have found themselves... on the wrong side of the system and in a "nightmare scenario" so as to direct them the correct way. Last summer, I found myself in a predicament in which I was involved in an incident at a hotel which landed me charges with the State of Maryland. Again, in my 30s, I have always strove to do the right thing; I served in the Army and spent years in a civil service job with no prior record.
