Last summer while on vacation at the beach we experienced a parents worse nightmare, a phone call at 2 AM that our son was arrested on an alcohol related charge. We went right to the Yellow Pages and saw Franks ad along with other lawyers. Franks ad said he was from OC and worked there for many years.... He took off the gloves and got our Sons attention.
Bottom line Frank was able to get the charges held in abeyance for 6 months while our son preformed 50 hours of community service, and attended 6 months of alcohol counseling. With these activities and clean record after six months the charges were dropped.
