What I found most striking about Mr. Bergman's service is that he keeps his promises, he does not promise more than he can deliver, and meets deadlines. It was very hard for me to come to grips with the with the qualities of his service as well... as his personality when my friend, Mr. Berhane Negash, a longtime client of Mr. Bergman, strongly recommended Mr. Bergman.
