I was in a side sweep accident by a road sweeper commercial vehicle and I found Mr. Bergman and was impressed by his incredible reviews. I'm very glad I listened because the reviews were right. After meeting him, I learned that me giving a recorded statement could be used against me and they did try ...to do that. My accident happened on April 10, 2022, and it took us suing this company to accept liability and settle my case. Mr. Bergman had to draft additional litigation documents to bring attention to my matter and thankfully the attorney for the defendant agreed to settle with us before getting deeper into the litigation rabbit hole. Mr. Bergman DOES fight for his clients. When he believes you are innocent and the injuries are real, he will fight until there is no fight left.
