First of all, I found Mr. Bergman on Avvo and for anybody reading his reviews, it is my turn to give you my truthful review of Mr. Bergman, his firm, and what they did for me. Thanks to Mr. Bergman for guiding me to get excellent medical care and referring me to the right surgeon for the job whe...n I was about to possibly get another surgeon who could have damaged my hand further due to his opinion. The outcome of the surgery that I had was a grade A. As to my damages, Mr. Bergman was successful in obtaining the full bodily injury policy limits for my case. I know without Mr. Bergman, the insurance company would have not settled for the full bodily injury policy limits for my case. Mr. Bergman placed a red line with the insurance company that this case warrants handing over the entire policy limit without going to suit and was successful in obtaining that for me in addition to making sure all my medicals were covered.
