Unprofessional Conduct and Case Mishandling
I had an extremely disappointing experience with attorney AJ Dhali. Despite promising to handle my case effectively, he demonstrated a severe lack of communication, professionalism, and follow-through. He consistently ignored my calls and emails, leaving me uninformed about the status of my case, and...
I was the second attorney to withdraw from this client's case. We sought a court order and court permission to withdraw from the client's case. The court granted our request to withdraw as the client's attorney. We never ignored her emails or mishandled her case. The client believed that the client, knew the law more than us. The client can now raise her "own legal theories" with the judge. We wish this client all the best.

My case was dismissed with prejudice. I feel as though we lost on a technicality. It still bothers me. I was told “At least one judge wrote a positive decision.” Stings like a sucker punch. An upfront flat fee expensive one at that. Glad others have had better experiences.
We did file an appeal on this, and the client is right, in a 3-judge panel, 2 judges ruled against us and 1 judge ruled in our favor. It is always disappointing when that happens.
