I had used Alan back in 2000 for a dispute with a former partner, he at that time was a different person/lawyer then today. In 2008/2009 I had him represent me again in wrongful termination case with a very financially well to do corporation. Needless to say Alan was not up to the task even though it... was a clear case of getting rid of someone who was instrumental in building a very successful business, and who, if was around would be compensated significantly when the business sold.
