Mr. Lescht and his staff were very knowledgeable and kept me informed each step of the process. My personal interests and concerns were always considered. I felt like I was a priority and was continuously presented with all the facts so that we as a "team" could make an informed decision to ensure ...the best outcome of the case. Highly recommended!

He did represent me and take the case on contigency he had a good case but put no energy into it. At the depositon hearing he did not instruct me on how to anwer or not answer the defendants questioning or what to expect in that type of hearing. sloppy work with a good case. I ended up going getting ...hired back at the company but had lost all my tenure and any back pay but he made sure he got paid. he got paid 500 bucks and the cause was worth more than that.

Upon meeting Alan Lescht I was in less than a good mood. I advised him that I wanted a straight forward attorney; no bull. He concurred. Not long after signing on for his representation I was placed with his associate. I did not pay $250.00/hour to be assigned to his associate. She was nice but........at any rate, I found that I needed a pit bull of an attorney and yet got far less. I was suing a very unethical bunch of scum lords and they required a strong, determined, take no prisoner type of adversary. Alan Lescht failed to; chose not to tell me that I could file an appeal to the judges ruling. If he is so professional why didn't he have this conversation with me. When I contacted him to ask how I lost the case (I want to know this), he ignored my request. I have little respect for attorney's and dealing with too many simply brought about this disdain.
