I hired Mr. Oswald to handle a harassment case against a former employer. Immediately after making my initial deposit, the work on my case seem to drag on forever. This was done to invoice me as much as possible. After making inquiries about the overbilling, I received a very unfriendly attitude from... This is the law firm you never want to hire. After paying about $20,000, they did not do anything meaningful for my case but talked to the defendant’s lawyer for 30 mins. Finally I settled the case by myself and got two times more money than they could settle for me.
