I hired Mr. Oswald to handle a harassment case against a former employer. Immediately after making my initial deposit, the work on my case seem to drag on forever. This was done to invoice me as much as possible. After making inquiries about the overbilling, I received a very unfriendly attitude from... Mr. Oswald and he would never provide a clear explanation of their charges. At the end of the day, their representation was weak and ineffective.
