Late last year I made a poor, illegal decision while operating a motor vehicle in Bucks County. The offense could have been tried as a felony if convicted. I live in NJ and was referred to Paul on a football Sunday (very important detail). I called Paul, a perfect stranger at the time, right bef...ore the Eagles game.
