I had an accident and, as a result, was arrested. The police officer, who was doing his job felt, because of my instability on my feet, felt I was driving while impaired. When I received my court date, I was panic-stricken. I was being charged with DWI and Careless Driving. The last traffic violatio...n I had was 45 years before.
