The title is what Michael said to me after we walked out of court. I was arrested in March, 2020, and charged with a DUI. I had two DUI's over ten years before that and no record since, but I was still facing at least a little bit of jail time and and a year and a half license suspension among other ...things. Michael was very helpful with explaining everything every step of the way, almost always answered the phone and responded very quickly if he could not. He was very diligent in examination at the preliminary hearing and with discovery which he provided me as well for my input, and ultimately he was able to get the DUI charge dropped and replaced with minor summary charges.
