Beware

I hired Mark Mack at Mack Law offices based on what was told to me at the free initial consultation. I was told he would only charge me $1000 for his services if I was going to plea guilty and he assured me he was 99% positive he could end my matter with just a fine. He stated the only way I would ha...ve to pay additional fee is if I decided to plea not guilty and fight the charge in court but I had already decided I was going to plea guilty and hopefully end this matter with a fine. I had a preliminary hearing where Mack did not show up, instead he had another lawyer attend who spoke with the DA and I was told I had 2 options, I could plea guilty and take the fine or I could do ARD and the charge would be dropped once ARD was completed. I choose to take the fine so this matter could be resolved as quickly and easily as possible. I was then told I could not plea at this preliminary hearing and had to go to the court house to put my plea in. I asked the lawyer who was sent by Mack if I would have to pay Mack law any additional fee and he assured me I would not unless I was going to plea not guilty and fight the charge in court which is what I agreed to with Mr. Mack. Few days later I called Mack law office to ask which lawyer would be coming to the court house with me so I could plea guilty as we discussed and at that point I was told that Mack decided he wanted more money and if I didn't pay an additional $1500 he would not show up to my hearing. I would not recommend Mack law offices to anyone under any circumstances.

It is the Attorney’s Duty as officers of the court to uphold the law. This role mandates that attorneys be held to the highest of ethical standards, which Mack Law Offices strictly upholds. For the past 34 years all of our clients sign legal agreements that clearly state specifically what our firm is representing each client for, and what hearing it covers. When the courts mandate clients to attend additional court hearings, or requests drug testing, outside the scope of what they hired us for, additional legal representation may be desired, which requires the client to schedule an appointment and sign another legal fee agreement if they elect to hire us for future legal representation. We have represented thousands of satisfied clients successfully as our records show. Using the word “scam” on social media to attempt to extort “free” legal representation and defame our rock solid representation of 34 years will be resolved in civil court.
