Lier! Never even requested my discovery from the police and we were scheduled for a non jury trial with no knowledge of evidence obtained! Forged my signature to wave my hearing and charged me for hours worked that never happened towards a trail we never went to bc we fired them! Refund is demanded a...nd our request was denied!! Absolutely terrible don’t use this lawyer!

As I assume most of you here have done something stupid (as I did), I want to share my experience. I had a temporary lapse of judgment last month, having a few too many cocktails and driving home. To compound my situation, I smoked some marijuana in my car during my ride home and next thing I know, o...ne of Scranton’s finest decided to stop me to see “how my night was going”... (it was going good up till that point). He immediately asked me to step out of my car because he said he smelled marijuana. He asked me if I had any marijuana in the car and I said no, he asked me if I had been drinking and I gave the standard answer that I had a drink or two... Long story short, I found the field sobriety test and they searched my car and found 2 ounces of marijuana. Needless to say, I got a ride to the police station in the back of his car. I was charged with DUI (I had a BAC of .13). The next day I got bailed out and immediately contacted the Mack law offices. From the moment I walked in I felt very comfortable with them.
