Andrew Slepian has been very helpful in resolving a green card issues I had. I tried to keep a green card I had received a long time ago, and Andrew explain based on the duration away from the US, it would not be possible. However, Andrew was able to resolve this issue with one court visit. Andrew... filed evidence prior to the hearing to indicate I made and mistake and would like to return my green card. Thankfully, with one court visit, the judge let me return my green card and the judge did not issue a removal order for me, which means I can subsequently apply for a work visa without issues hopefully.
