Andy was incredibly helpful and attentive when he assisted us with our immigration case. He did a great job explaining the legal issues at hand and providing council on the appropriate course of action. This was particularly difficult given the language and cultural barrier between the client's famil...y and Andy, but he did a very nice job managing it and communicating effectively. He also demonstrated a real personal kind of customer service, and made us feel like he really cared about the outcome of the case.
