David Sperling's office was very professional. They helped my husband obtain a visa. One person in particular in this office went above and beyond her duties and made sure that my husband was able to contact her at all time. That person name is Flor. She is an amazing person and we will forever be gr...ateful to her and Mr. Sperling. I would also like to thank Chiquita for being so professional. Our case was very difficult and took a long time to process but it is worth the wait! I will be recommending this lawyer to all our friends and family!

Primero quiero agradecer a Dios porque a pesar de que mi caso era muy dificil, ahora ya estoy en camino a obtener mi residencia gracias a la oficina del abogado David Sperling. Yo consulte mi caso en varias oficinas de abogados, pero ninguno queria tomar el caso porque era muy dificil, hasta que uno...s primos mios, que tenian su caso en esta oficina, me recomendaron, y ahora ya estoy proximo a obtener mi residencia. Mi inconformidad con el señor David es por su poco profecionalismo....yo empese un tramite de imigracion en el cual me aseguraron que con los requisitos que me requerian mi tramite se hiba a demorar no mas de un año el cual acepte....paso el primer año y no bi ningun resultado entonces desidi hacer... una cita con el abogado el cual me rechasaron diciendo que el se encontraba ocupado y no sabian cuando me podia dar una cita y hasta el dia de hoy no he podido hacer una cita con el ya pasaron casi 4 año y nada ..perdi mi dinero y mi tiempo lastimosamente no he resivido ninguna llamada departe de ellos para poder discutir mi inconformidad....si alguien ha tenido los mismo problemas que el mio por favor denunciemoslo para que no haygan mas personas en la misma situación que la mia...no busco que me retomen mi caso si no que me expliquen por qué mi caso nunca se vieron resultados...a las personas que pudieran leer este cometario les trato de prevenir su perdida de tiempo con él ya que es lo unico que no se puede recuperar!!

I want to take a moment to commend Mr. Sperling and his team (Hulda, Adam , Lia and the administrative staff). I cried with relief and joy on Thursday when Our case was decided in our favor. My name is Luis, and I remember my mother retaining the attorney in 2004 to represent me in immigration court. I was 13 years old when my case started. Throughout the years, my attorney filed different applications in order to help me obtain status in this country. My case went through many different... stages from Asylum in immigration court to Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. In 2012, my adjustment was filed. However, it was delayed because of a terrible accident that I underwent. I was charged with a D.W.I. and I was given 3 years probation and am still on probation. I was charged with a misdemeanor. In the End, I was finally able to obtain my Green Card and if there is one person in the office who knows my case very well is the attorney's paralegal, Hulda. She help me though the whole process, she help me filed every application i need it to present to immigration. she was very helpful and understanding. I truly thank David Sperling for all the hard work done on my case since 2004 and for the great staff who truly cares about their clients.
