BEWARE, Davis M. sperling took my immigration case for more than two years ... then he told me that my case was not proceeding because they made a mistake in my immigration case ... he did not return all my money ... I made a phone consultation appointment online and got an email confirmation. No one called me at the time of the appointment. When I called the office I was told that all bookings online are not valid, do not show up on their calendar, and the lawyer had no appointments that day or week. Very poor a...nd misleading experience. They should not be offering online appointments. I would not even give them a 1 star if it was possible.

We received an RFE on our 601a packet due to this CARELESS firm submitting the waiver with NO EVIDENCE attached to support our claims. My husband was almost denied due to their carelessness. I have reported them to the BBB and will continue to leave reviews on every site possible to spread awareness.... I received a call 7 days into the 14 days we had to respond, letting me know that it was going to be denied due to the paralegal not having time to resubmit the packet! I took matters into my own hands and created a new letter with evidence included and submitted it on my own. This firm is incompetent and should be ashamed of themselves for taking hard earned money from their clients for NOTHING. Shame on you!!!
