The Real Deal, What You See Is What You Get

it's the best way i could describe John a straight forward, honest, and humble man that is superior at what he does. Over the course of knowing John for over 10 years now he has alway exuded compassion, professionalism, and a super strong and constant work ethic. The 1st time I was arrested I was a ...teenager I was in a car with some so-called friends we were pulled over and one of these "friend" threw drugs on the floor of the car we were all arrest after meeting with john and a coupe of other attorneys i felt the safest with John however, my parents decided to go with a family friend who they had known since before i was born. Needless to say they are no longer friends. The next time I was in trouble I put my trust in John this time was a complete different experience I had no idea what this man was capable of when I met him i had heard, but not experienced first hand. The respect he receives from the precinct to courtroom was unimaginable. This many years later i'd say i was a fool if i used any other lawyer and you would be too. If he's not the lawyer for your case (which has been the case for me only once in the past). You'll know right away because he'll tell you flat out. Pray i never need an attorney again but, if I do there is only one I have trusted time and time again with my life and anyone close to me's life and will continue too, and that is John Loturco out of Huntington, NY

Great Lawyer, Great Man

My story is long. I'll try to be brief. I was falsely accused of a sex crime. After interviewing 5 attorneys, including somebody who's reputed to be the best, it was clear I needed to hire John. I'm so glad I did! John was 100% on my side. His knowledge of the law and his advice we're right ...on the money and I can't imagine anybody being more adept at cross examination. Within 3 minutes he exposed the complaining witness as a liar. Later on in the prosecutions case he exposed their " star" witness as a liar. His cross was so good we decided not to even call many of our witnesses. At one point in the trial I just had to tell his family how brilliant he was during cross. At cross he even exposed the police as not believing the charge! It was obvious after 30 minutes of deliberation that I'd be fully acquitted, which I was. John is extremely professional and extremely reliable. In my opinion you'd be crazy not to hire him.

Outstanding Attorney who Delivers Results!

Criminal Defense Attorney

We chose John LoTurco because he came recommended by a family member. He certainly didn't disappoint. John has an outstanding reputation in the criminal court system and is a highly respected criminal defense attorney. Unfortunately for me, I had two boys in need of aggressive representation in ord...er to receive favorable dispositions. Each of them faced serious misdemeanor and felony drug charges. One even had a robbery charge that would have severely impacted his future. Fortunately for me, and my sons, John was able to secure very favorable results with no criminal record! Not only was John extremely professional, he was compassionate, supportive and took the extra time to counsel my sons regarding the repercussions of risky behavior.
