I had the pleasure of dealing with John on a couple occasions. John takes pride in his work and is dedicated and determined. He makes you feel comfortable in a hard time, and is a master in the courtroom. We are lucky to have a person like John available to us.

The Best of the Best

I was referred to John LoTurco by a well-known Suffolk County criminal lawyer who said John was the ideal defense attorney for my “A” Felony drug sale case. My family and I were terrified at the prospect of me serving a long upstate prison sentence, but John LoTurco immediately assured us that based... upon my age, lack of criminal background, and the entrapment tactics utilized by the undercover detective, that I had defenses and mitigation on my side. After a long battle with John LoTurco as my advocate, I miraculously received a plea with no jail and no probation, only a fine and a conditional discharge. It was clear from the beginning that whenever we were in court, that John LoTurco was highly respected by the Judge, Prosecutor, and everyone in the courthouse. I am so thankful that I was referred to John LoTurco!

Beyond Thankful

“You should thank your lawyer, you have a great one”, said the Judge to me. I was fortunate to receive an ACOD for multiple felony charges plus misdemeanors related to drug distribution. Prior to consulting with Mr. Loturco, many other lawyers were consulted, they all recommended a plead down approa...ch. After discussing the case with Mr. LoTurco, I knew he was the right person for representation. He took the time to explain each charge with its associated sentences and all the different approaches including all the possible outcomes. Instantly, he was hired. Mr. LoTurco was in the mindset to only settle for the best case outcome for me. Prior to the first court date, all felony charges were dropped. At the second court date, Mr. LoTurco negotiated the BEST outcome(ACOD)! John Loturco is the only lawyer that will fight for you like he is fighting for his family. Totally Satisfied

John Loturco is by far the most dedicated Lawyer anyone can ask for. I had never been in trouble in my entire life and quite scared to say the least- having a 3rd degree assault charge i needed someone to help me that knew the law like no other. after being arrested the first call i made was to his o...ffice, i can honestly say that yes, Mr. Loturco is stern but for good reasons, very dedicated to the case leaves no stone un-turned , always made me feel comfortable from day one. works extremely hard for you and in the end- had all my charges dropped. If you are looking for a great Lawyer - John Loturco is the one.

The best - hands down!

John is an excellent lawyer and person. My fiance had a federal narcotics case in the Eastern District of New York that was very complicated. John walked us both through every step of the process. At the end, the case was sealed and we truly got the best outcome. Without John's expertise and kno...wledge, I don't know where we would be today. He fought for us and worked hard. We are forever grateful.
