I met Matt a few years back in another closing where he represented the bank. It became instantly apparent that he was the sharpest person in the room. I made a note that in my next real estate transaction I would have him handle it for us. Matt was tremendously helpful in both our sale and purcha...se of our homes. He gave us regular updates and always took the time to explain everything to us. We had some unexpected issues with the purchaser of our home. Matt was always there to calm our fears and further rectify the situation. He always explained the law to us and advised us of all our options. For the purchase of our home, Matt helped negotiate our terms so that we were well protected in the event our sale didn't go through.
