7 tickets and 14 pending points, James was able to get them all dismissed. I know this is hard to believe, and trust me, convincing James that I wasn't disrespectful to the PO and for him to agree to represent me for an extremely reasonable rate was incredible. I've since recommended him every chanc...e I got. Whether it was his luck or the expertise he has gained in the field, this was an incredible outcome that is still very hard to believe. Mr. Medows did a great job handling my case. I got two speeding tickets in one month, already had points on my license already. I was sure that my license would be suspended. I found Mr. Medows by chance on an internet search. I called the number and spoke to him directly. He took my case at an affo...rdable rate. After a few postponements, Mr. Medows got my case dismissed entirely. No points, no fine. I never had to appear in court myself and Mr. Medows kept me updated on the case. I would definitely recommend him to anyone dealing with a traffic viloation.

When you hire a traffic lawyer, what is the outcome you want: dismissal or not guilty, right? James simply failed to produce this outcome. No amount of fancy talk or mitigating circumstances will change the fact that he charged me a lot of money and failed to get my ticket dismissed. To be f...air I will acknowledge that he got it reduced from to 6 to 4 points; but a 4 point ticket is still a big problem. All these glowing reviews seem to suggest a dismissal is likely - not in my case.

I wish he would've been honest and upfront with me to just pay the ticket or to go to a different lawyer. I let him know that I was not in a good financial position and he still charged over $500. All he did was postpone trial twice, which I could have done myself or which any lawyer could do. At the... end of the trial I was found guilty and have to pay the dmv another $650. If I am ever in this situation again or had to make a recommendation I would suggest to go for a cheaper lawyer, one can be found for about $200-$250 or less. This was my first time in a situation like this I was young and naive and was led to believe that his bigger price tag would lead to a better outcome.
