Professional, knowledgable and gracious attorney

James generously talked me through an out of state cell phone use issue and how it would impact my ability to drive in NY. Regardless of being on retainer, he was kind, insightful and extremely helpful. I am so grateful to him and highly recommend him.

Speed Ticket in Queens

I was supposedly going 69 in a 50 mph highway (grand central). I honestly have no idea how this particular officer was able to scan my car out of all the vehicles, which were by the way, going at the same speed as mine. But magically he zoomed in and stopped me, I am now facing 4 points on my license... and a higher insurance rate. After calling several law firms and not receiving any answers or call backs, I finally found James Hall Medows, who to my surprise answered right away! No secretaries, no call backs no nothing! I explained that I received a speeding ticket and after asking me some questions and disclosing his fee, he proceeded to let me know what would happen and the possibilities of losing or winning the case. I appreciated his honesty from the beginning and also his knowledge in such cases. I will be using his services and I will also post a review once the case has been closed. Professional. Doesn't Waste your Time and gets Results

I was charged with Reckless Driving violation in New York city. After some research online, I found Mr. Medows and I immediately retained him to handle my case. His discussions with me were short, to the point and accurate. Mr Medows is a real sharp shooter, knows his stuff well, and doesn't was...te your time at all. Mr. Medows got my ticket dismissed with minimal fine. Highly recommended. If you are in NYC and get into any traffic-related trouble, see nowhere and hire Mr. Medows Immediately.

save me big time!!!

i was arrested last month and got 2 misdemeanors by the end i only got only a violation james save me from 2 misdemeanors thx James i would highly recommend Mr. Medows to everyone ,great guy to work with and he gets results !!

The Best Lawyer.

I was accused by State Farm for a false insurance claim for my car that has been stolen, because of that, I got a DAT and was scheduled to go to court. I fired my previous lawyer, and was recommended by a friend to Mr. Medows. Since he took over the case, He explained to me in details what my case wa...s going to be like. Not only he was with me at the precinct were I was issued the ticket, He kept me up to date on each exchange that happened between the court and my case. Mr. Medows provided me with everything necessary to reduce my charge to a violation, with no criminal charge and paid just a little fine. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.
