Though, his retainer fee is on par with the cost of such a ticket (and yet still better than a lot of other law firms), keeping it and the points off my record, as well as the additional costs those would incur to the DMV and my insurance were well worth every penny. Not to mention the satisfaction that comes from sticking it to "the man" for once.
