Everything was first rate, from initial consultation to the full dismissal of the speeding ticket. All I had to do is sign the retainer and James handled the rest (I especially appreciate that I did not have to appear in court). James is great. Communication is on point. When I first got my ticket, I reached out to a few lawyers, and none of them came across as professional and straightforward as James. Everything was clear and concise. He also always notified me about when he was appearing, and followed up the day of my cou...rt date. I never had to worry about what was happening or if he forgot about me. My ticket was ultimately dismissed. Will definitely use James again Edit: I used James for a second speeding ticket. And once again, he and his office got it dismissed. He has saved me a total of 14 points so far. I honestly cannot recommend him enough. A small thing I noticed is that when notifying me about my dismissal, he didn't send a whole new email thread. He actually replied to my original thread about the ticket, from well over 2 years ago. That just goes to show how organized they are. It's a small detail, but something that impressed me nonetheless.
