James Medows and his team have done it again! This is not the first time he was successful in getting a speeding ticket dismissed for me. I received a speeding ticket in Staten Island, a place notoriously known to not dismiss violations. I don't know how he did it but I was found not guilty and the c...ase was dismissed. I was looking at the probability of having four points on my license and hundreds of dollars in fines. I hope I never need his services again but if I do, I would hire him in an instant. I'm so satisfied with his work and his work ethic. He and his staff are polite and professional too. THANK YOU MR. MEDOWS!

My experience with James Meadows was disappointing! I used his services before I which he got a case for me DISMISSED also I was excited to go to him again and retain him for his services on a ticket in Brooklyn worth 2 points. I contacted him after the hearing and he told me HE NEVER APPEARED becaus...e the Judge assigned to the trial was a judge that “would of convicted me regardless” ! I was confused and hurt then he urged me to just plead guilty and pay the fine !! And he would refund me my money back ..I was disappointed because I expected him to still try to fight my ticket and try to win but to NOT SHOW and try to urge to me pay the fine and get the points because he was basically intimidated by the Judge was ridiculous!! I guess you never know with him

Great attorney. In total I gave him about 7 tickets, maybe less maybe more I don't remember exactly, the first ticket was in 2017. He was losing each one. Then once I lost my license, I had a conversation with him, where I explained to him that if he is losing cases he should spread them around so th...at I would not loose license because of having 3 or more speeding tickets in 18 months. After that conversation he dismissed two cases for me in NYC, one 3 points and driving without license and another speeding 6 points. I'm thankful to him for understanding my concerns and dismissing the cases. In general I would recommend him, because it is hard to dismiss the case in NYC. I have done it myself one time and they are very tough. But once you order to fight your ticket, DO NOT expect it to be dismissed 100%. It could be dismissed.
