A complicated 3-charge basket of tickets on the Taconic Pkwy, including a criminal misdemeanor and 6-point speeding. Extensive online research, including these reviews, pointed unequivocally to Atty. Magnell. Results were as recounted by others - very reasonable fee, very efficient, polite and ple...asant office staff (hello Kate), appropriate hand-holding (ditto Kate), waiver of my need to appear, and skillful Attorney negotiation with the AG's office resulting in reduction of the misdemeanor to a non-criminal violation (no points), and a conviction for illegal parking (no points). Third charge was dismissed. Result met or exceeded expectations. Couldn't recommend Mr. Magnell and his firm more highly.
