After 14 years he proved to be an absolute blessing as the financial mess my father left was extremely bad, he took care of everything (i.e. creditors etc so my mother wouldnt be harassed and further stressed) He literally made cleaning up the mess my father left my mother easy and even accomodated my mothers disability by sending and doing everything electronically. He is extremely communicative about the entire process and prepares you more than adequatey for what you should expect and what the process is.

David Brodman was super helpful throughout the entire bankruptcy process. I went to other lawyers who was not sure what I should do, or did not seem to care and also wanted to charge more. I went to David and felt well taken care of. He told me what was possible and what was not, and calmed the anxie...ty I had about my financial hardship that I got myself into. With a clear path and goal he set me on, I was out of debt within 6 months after paying. I know it sounds too good to be true, but it is, Dave DEFINATELY knows what he doing. I went to him because of his high rating on Google, and I literally could not afford to have a lawyer mess up. I got rid of some pretty big debt and even informed me of what not to do that could have put me in a bigger hole. Seriously, before you take any action on your debt, consult with debt first to see if it a smart move. He will know the best way for you to navigate out of it w/o causing more problems for yourself.
