David Brodman is an excellent lawyer and I recommend him to anyone tha...t has a problem, and has to file Bankruptcy which is upsetting. daughter of elderly mother who filed with Mr. Brodman in 2021 : Mr. Brodman is not only a professional smart lawyer but he clearly works hard to truly help his clients and made it a really easy experience dealing with a really hard issue. My father left my mother in financial ruin and with debt that she had no idea about after years of abuse and controlling behavior like preventing her from working and preventing her from being friends with people etc . After I discovered the mess and debt my father created and left behind when he died and dealing with the IRS and sooooo much stress to help my mother and solve this problem, the solution was Mr. Brodman. I contacted Mr. Brodman who handeled my bankruptucy after college in 2007 and he is the exact same lawyer then as he is now, 14 years later: EXCEPTIONAL, TRUSTWORTHY AND PROFESSIONAL added bonus he genuinely cares about helping his clients. After 14 years he proved to be an absolute blessing as the financial mess my father left was extremely bad, he took care of everything (i.e. creditors etc so my mother wouldnt be harassed and further stressed) He literally made cleaning up the mess my father left my mother easy and even accomodated my mothers disability by sending and doing everything electronically. He is extremely communicative about the entire process and prepares you more than adequatey for what you should expect and what the process is.

David Brodman was super helpful throughout the entire bankruptcy process. I went to other lawyers who was not sure what I should do, or did not seem to care and also wanted to charge more. I went to David and felt well taken care of. He told me what was possible and what was not, and calmed the anxie...ty I had about my financial hardship that I got myself into. With a clear path and goal he set me on, I was out of debt within 6 months after paying. I know it sounds too good to be true, but it is, Dave DEFINATELY knows what he doing. I went to him because of his high rating on Google, and I literally could not afford to have a lawyer mess up. I got rid of some pretty big debt and even informed me of what not to do that could have put me in a bigger hole. Seriously, before you take any action on your debt, consult with debt first to see if it a smart move. He will know the best way for you to navigate out of it w/o causing more problems for yourself. After everything, I felt I came out of the debt better than before I went in. I have tons of options available to me, he is the master of the law, hahaha! Thanks again Dave.

I as well as my parents hired Mr. Brodman over a decade ago. When our bankruptcy was closed (we were making payments per our agreement) we received a court letter and I immediately called Mr. Brodman to verify if there was any action on my part to be taken and he explained it was a filing issue noti...fication. EVEN TEN YEARS LATER he is diligent in providing excellent service. If I were ever in a situation where i had to think about filing bankruptcy again I wold never go to anyone else than David (as he tells you to call him) He consults with you for free, he reviews everything and explains what can happen, what should happen and what he recommends. He took a big amount of stress off my shoulders and made he entire process in 2007 so easy, simple, and stress-free!
