I met Ali Benchakroun outside the criminal Courtroom. I did not have an attorney due to an extreme time restraint, 24 hours. Ali, took the time to represent me in front of the Judge. At the following hearing he presented my case and statements of events, and was able to work with the prosecutor and ...Judge to have the charge dismissed, completely. Ali is very knowledgeable, attentive and prompt, and compassionate to his clients. I would highly recommend him as being at the top of his field. I greatly appreciate his help in this matter.

I hired Ali for my father who was arrested at the airport for a warrant that was from another state. We were on our way to Europe when my father was pulled out of the plane. We had no idea what the warrant was about, but my father was arrested and we were told by a legal aid lawyer that we had to wai...t for my father to be picked up by the agents from Florida. They told us it can take 2 to 3 weeks. We hired Ali the same day and we could not believe what he did. Ali managed to work out an arrangement with the judge and prosecutors and they agreed to release my father with low bail and to turn himself to Florida on his own. My father got out the same day and we returned to Florida to clear up this mess. Ali represented my son on gun charges. My son was in a car with 3 other individuals when they were pulled over. The gun laws in NY are far from lenient even when the gun was not in my son's immediate possession. Ali took the case head on, ordered dna swabs on the gun, compared them to my son's dna, a...nd the results were beyond amazing, my son walked out of this case without a scratch.
