Edison shop lifting case dismissal

KNOWS HIS STUFF

I WAS FACED WITH TWO TICKETS, LEAVEING SCENE OF ACCIDENT AND RECLESS DRIVING. ALSO FACED WITH LOOSING MY LICENSE. PROLOCUTOR SAID THAT LEAVING SCENE WOULD RESULT IN LOOSING OF MY LICENSE. MR MATCHIN MADE DEAL WITH PROLOCUTOR IN PLEDGING GUILTY. WHEN I FACED THE JUDGE HE SAID "I WAS LUCKY I HAD EXELLE...NT LAWYER" THIS RESULTED IN $100 FINE AND TWO POINTS AGAINST MY LICENSE. BUT, I WAS STILL DRIVING. HE IS FAST ALSO CALLED ME BACK THE FIRST DAY I CALLED HIM. VERY HAPPY I HIRED HIM! FRANK

No straight time

Despite the fact that I had 2 DWI, 1 reckless and 9 driving while suspended charges dating from the 90's till 2015 Leon was able to keep me out from doing straight time from 2 different townships. I will not mention what township but one was in Middlesex county were he was able to get me the slap pro...gram on the weekends for 10 days which is a part of a clean up crew to pick up garbage on the playgrounds, schools football, soccer and baseball fields. The other was in Monmouth county, Judge was not happy with me and wanted me to do straight time but Leon pushed until he was able to get me for 20 days in jail but only for the weekends which allowed me to keep my job and a roof over my family. Best lawyer I ever had!!!

He was very understanding and took up my case (Shoplifting) at the last minute (day before hearing) and he completed the situation without any conviction. He was always ready to answer all my questions. Very professional. I was out of the situation with very little fine. Highly recommend his service!...

Satisfactory Conclusion

Recently had a case involving multiple charges including DWI, paraphernalia and multiple motor vehicle charges. To top it off it also involved a accident with property damage. Mr Matchin resolved this case in just 3 trips to the court in question and got all of the major charges either dismissed or r...educed. What could have been a very costly case, in both money and loss of license for a long period ,came to a very satisfactory conclusion. With minor fines and minimum loss of driving privilages. I would strongly urge anyone involved in this type of case to retain Mr Matchin as early as possible.
