Knowledgeable, Responsive and Excellent

I have only positive things to say about Leon. The way he handled our situation is very commendable. Great work by Leon Matchin

I was wrongfully charged for simple assault, which I did not commit, and Leon offered me great advice and assured me due to his expertise as one of the few municipal court attorneys in NJ and a certified trial attorney, he could help me get the charge dropped in court. Through following his careful a...dvice, which included filing a harassment charge due to the fact that the person who filed a complaint against me had harassed me for my personal information, we were able to get the entire case dismissed. From the start, Leon offered great advice and he has an excellent relationship with the New Brunswick judge and prosecutor.

Excellent service, dropped serious charges: NJSA 39:4-129

Attorney Leon Matchin was a lifesaver! Highly recommended for getting me out of huge trouble with my work and profession, representing me out of state, and getting serious charges dropped (NJSA 39:4-129: "Leaving the Scene of an Auto Accident"). In more detail: I'm from the West coast, passing throu...gh New Jersey, and did not know that in New Jersey you have to wait for police to report every traffic accident even if it is a minor accident with no injuries, and all drivers check ok. I got charged with the most serious being NJSA 39:4-129: "Leaving the Scene of an Auto Accident", which is a serious charge with point loss and 6 month license suspension. This charge alone would have seriously hurt my work and profession. Mr Leon Matchin was amazing, representing me out of state so I did not have to fly, and getting these serious charges dropped. I'm truly grateful!

Speeding ticket reduced

I was facing some very serious charges for speeding in NJ and Leon was able to resolve the case without me having to travel out of state. This charge would’ve been life changing had I plead guilty, so I decided to do some research on attorneys nearby the court.
