I was given 5 tickets for passing a slow moving vehicle in a double yellow. Charged with various violations including; wreckless driving, improper lane change, improper passing, etc. I do not have the best driving history-there were already 9 points on my lisence at the time, and with that in addit...ion to the 13 points I was facing from these offenses, I was all but sure I would lose my lisence. Mr. Zavistoski did a remarkable job! He was able to get the 13 points down to only 2 (therefore saving my lisence). I did plead guilty to an improper lane change as well as a ticket for an expired inspection sticker, but the fines were very minimal (about $350) with everything considered. I honestly never thought I would be able to get out of this jam in the way I did, and I have Mr. Zavistoski to thank for that. Very highly recommended.
