Mark H. Jaffe- is an excellent lawyer. I first met Mark after graduation from high school 15 years ago and he did a great job of representing me! Being from Princeton I knew him to be one of the most hard working dedicated persons that I have ever met. I have recommended him to my brother and countle...ss friends. Recently - my son was falsely accused and I sought out Mark again to help defend my son. I was very troubled by this accusation and I knew my son was telling the truth. Mark was a sold rock of strength as he stood his ground and refused to let the state railroad my son. The charge was very serous and after months of contesting the charges - the Prosecutor gave in and the original charge was dismissed. The final outcome was acceptable and reasonable to both me and my son - who was very comfortable with Mark's careful , compassionate and considerate manner. He is a superb lawyer and a lawyer who i admire. He is usually at his office almost every day of the week and he provided me with a lot of access to him. He was generous with the time he spent on my son's case just as he had for me 15 years ago. Mark is a good soul who I have seen him with good people and who has had to deal with a lot of bad folks. Mark does not judge but tries his best to befriend his clients= both those worthy of his attention and care and perhaps those who are not. He also deals with a lot of dWI clients such as the one below who I know plead guilty to DWI and who who I know ( I have seen him ) was unemployed and wanted a position at his law office(!) So he is bitter and wants to blame others for his bad behavior that he later admitted to () ...and that is evident.
