I was able to meet him three times even though he is very busy. He provided me with excellent information and advice. As I am a foreigner, I did not kn...ow how the legal system worked here, and it was very reassuring to have Mark on my side. What is important is that he is extremely well connected : he knew the prosecutor, the judges and the police officers of West Windsor. As a result my case went very smoothly. I got a fine but no points - and it was a very serious traffic offense which could have cost me 5 points. While he is a nice guy who does his best to keep his clients from worrying about their case, he is also completely scatterbrained. Always goes off topic when you are trying to discuss your case, office is very unorganized (run by high school students), and I have a feeling he forgot to file some pap...ers for my case that ultimately led to me having a warrant out for my arrest, followed by 4 days in county jail. Once he realized (or at least that is what my family and I think) that he made a mistake, he actually started doing some work for us, although it will the last time we request his services. Also, he'll get very distracted when you are the phone with him, a lot of the times he just hangs up when he gets another call on the line. Again, a nice guy, but when I am dealing with a lawyer, I'm not looking to make friends. I'm looking to get my court issues resolved in a timely and responsible fashion, something he lacked entirely. Also has a bad reputation in Princeton.
