I had the pleasure of having Mark Jaffe as my lawyer. I have known him for over a year now and he has always gotten me successful outcomes! I had recently been charged with 5 charges related to drugs, and through vigorous work, time and effort, Mark dismissed all my charges except one, which he got l...owered and deferred for a year. It will then be dismissed after a year of staying away from the law. Through out the whole experience, he always put me, the client, first. He was constantly giving me updates and checking up to see how I was doing and making sure everything was ready for my next court appearance. When selecting an attorney, there are certain qualities to look out for. Mr. Jaffes wealth comes in the form of experience, and his 20+ years of practicing law has allowed him to foster positive working relationships with his colleagues in the courts and law enforcement agencies. I feel compelled to write this endorsement because my life has been touched by Mr. Jaffe. I am eternally grateful to him for navigating the courts and finding an amenable solution to problems which would have otherwise been nearly insurmountable. When I first came across Mark Jaffe he struck me as a brilliant, smart and able young man. He is very organized, very freindly and very charming and sensitive with regard to how he treats his Clients. He does not lie. He is not a pokerface. I first turneed to Mark when I was knee deep in a lot of leg...al problems. Every other lawyer told me the case was unwinnable and turned me down but Mark was willing to take a look at it from a fresh perspective that you can only see in a briliant, self-assertive and confident proffessional. Mark H. Jaffe, Attorney at Law---An exceptionally fine defense attorney On behalf of my wife and myself I would like to express our gratitude and admiration for Mark Jaffe. My wife, distracted by reports of Hurricane Sandy bearing down on us and in view of Governor Christie’s declaration that d...ay of a state of emergency in our state inadvertently violated an unpublicized and virtually unknown traffic law. She was given multiple citations and treated by the policeman in what we considered a disrespectful and totally inappropriate way. Having no experience with the court system and at a loss as to what to do we retained Mark Jaffe. With very little notice and the hearing scheduled for the very next day he met with us, comforted us greatly, explained our situation clearly to us in terms we could understand and outlined his strategy for our defense. At the hearing the next day this matter, which could have gotten a lot more serious, was resolved with only a very small penalty for us---an accomplishment that would have certainly been impossible were we to represent ourselves. Initially, you may be surprised by the number of emails and calls that you receive from Mark Jaffe. Then you’ll realize that he seriously cares about your case. You may be unprepared for his passionate delivery. Then you’ll understand that he genuinely wants to stand up for your rights. In... a world where it is so rare to get a person answering their phone that one can mistake a real voice for a recording, and where people are jaded about lawyers and much else, it is something close to miraculous that Mark Jaffe exists: He is a little like a country lawyer in an elite college town.
