Mark Jaffe is an outstanding criminal defense lawyer. My case involved a traffic accident brought about by a manufacturers defect. When my car was impounded I reported said defect which had been repaired as what I believed caused the accident. I am 20 years old and I had a .05 BAC reading. I was charged with a regular DWI, underage DWI, and Reckless Driving.
