When I first came across Mark Jaffe he struck me as a brilliant, smart and able young man. He is very organized, very freindly and very charming and sensitive with regard to how he treats his Clients. He does not lie. He is not a pokerface. I first turneed to Mark when I was knee deep in a lot of leg...al problems. Every other lawyer told me the case was unwinnable and turned me down but Mark was willing to take a look at it from a fresh perspective that you can only see in a briliant, self-assertive and confident proffessional. He argued put my case and won it. Infact, I got the charges dismissed and my record wiped clean. For me and my family, Mark is a godsend. One of those ew people, who you can count on to be there at midnight when you call him up to answer questions about your case, he will always keep you in the loop, always have something to report back to you on a day to day basis and always have your best interests at heart. My wife, distracted by reports of Hurricane Sandy bearing down on us and in view of Governor Christie’s declaration that d...ay of a state of emergency in our state inadvertently violated an unpublicized and virtually unknown traffic law. She was given multiple citations and treated by the policeman in what we considered a disrespectful and totally inappropriate way. Having no experience with the court system and at a loss as to what to do we retained Mark Jaffe. With very little notice and the hearing scheduled for the very next day he met with us, comforted us greatly, explained our situation clearly to us in terms we could understand and outlined his strategy for our defense. At the hearing the next day this matter, which could have gotten a lot more serious, was resolved with only a very small penalty for us---an accomplishment that would have certainly been impossible were we to represent ourselves. To whomsoever it may concern! I thought I'd take a moment and express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Mr. Mark H.
