I was being charged with DWI, open container, failure to report, refusal to submit chemical, leaving the scene, reckless operation, and had an obstruction charge. I found Mike Grasso and knew immediately that I needed him to represent me. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and caring. He guided... me and mentored me the entire way. He would answer all my calls about any questions or concerns I had. He would even reach out himself and check in on me and see how I was holding up. It was a long 3 year process but he managed to get everything dismissed besides the refusal and failure to report. Doing so saved me 2 years county jail time, 2 years loss of license, 1 additional year of an interlock device, probation, and $1000s of dollars. Now I only have an interlock for 9 months(minimum) with no suspension of my license and only the minimum amount of fines. Mike and his staff are truly amazing. They truly care about their clients and their well-being. Without Mike and his staff my life would be completely different right now and for that I’m very grateful.

Michael and his team went above and beyond on this case. Of course I was nervous after getting myself into a sticky situation but Michael, time and time again, ensured everything would work out and not to worry.
