Reckless Driving Dismissed

I was facing up to 60 days in jail, loss of license, and driving probation. Mr. Grasso worked his magic and I am more than happy with the results. He advised me to take the plea deal that was offered and it worked out for the best. Now i don’t have to worry and everything is settled. 3rd DWI Downgraded to 2nd by PCR.

Michael Grasso is beyond an amazing lawyer! i should of had a mandatory 180 days in jail, 9 years of a license loss and charged with a 3rd DUI. instead Michael knocked it down to a SECOND DUI. 13 months license loss, 48 hours of IDRC, 30 days community service, and $1,2xx court fines. HIGHLY recomme...nd using him as a lawyer. very personable, caring and professional! Beyond happy with the outcome of my charges

Very Knowledgable, Comforting and Strategic

Not only did Mike win the case in my favor, it was an appelate level case. Mike was confidently steered the ship from the first day of my consultationtill the final decision. Best. Lawyer. Ever.

In February 2022 I was charged with D.U.I. and having an open container of alcohol. If convicted, this would have been my second D.U.I. conviction. I was facing 2 year loss of license, fines, and having to install an ignition device upon restoration of driving priveleges. I contacted Mr. Grasso as ...I was told he was the best D.U.I. lawyer in New Jersey. I am so glad I did. From the start, Mr. Grasso was reassuring and confident. He promised he would all he could do to achieve the best outcome for me. At every stage Mr. Grasso explained everything plainly and in a way I could understand. He was able to obtain a reduced charge of reckless driving. He had all alcohol related offenses dismissed. My license was suspended for 90 day, but no surcharges, no alcohol classes, and no ignition device. I highly recommend anyone seeking a D.U.I. lawyer to hire Mr. Grasso. You will not regret it.
