I was found at a rest stop on the Parkway in South Jersey by the Police after making the decision to stop and sleep off a night of drinking. I blew a .13 BAC, failed all the field sobriety tests, and got arrested on the spot. Mike got all of the tickets and charges dismissed, with no loss of license.... ?!. AMAZING. I was facing 2 charges – either a DWI charge with 7 months loss of license, 12 hours of IDRC, $3k in MVC surcharges, $650 in fines and costs and I would always have the DWI on my record. The other possible charge was a Reckless Driving, facing 90 days loss of license, a $250 fine and 5 MVC points on my license, with the surcharges that would’ve lasted forever.
