A job well done -- case dismissed!

Thanks Chris. WE actually won a motion to suppress, which resulted in the State dismissing the DWI charge against you. It doesn't happen often, but it we pulled it off. It took a full hearing, an appeal, and a return trip to the court, but with collective patience and hard work, it got done. Wishing all the best in the future.

Great professional lawyer

Mark is very good and upfront lawyer. Never rush him. He takes his time to get the best resuls. He knows all the laws immigration and criminal. Even though I am waiting for my green card I trust the way he handle his business. Take his time and know all the details. And answer questions honestly by ...yes or no. He is a honest man

A real lawyer!!

I found myself in a civil case that went political as per my first lawyer. Lawyer one then became unresponsive with a case I should have gotten a not-guilty 100% Eric mark saw the damage lawyer number one was doing took my case secured my ability to fire lawyer number one. Eric mark with a judge's ap...proval fired lawyer number one . Eric mark went into damage control secured me not dismissal but not guilty of over 90% of the charges against me. Eric mark does not look at the politics he looks at the case and does his job , he's not a big talker he executes . had I secured Eric mark first verdict would have been 100% not guilty easy. I recommend Eric Mark.

If you’ve been charged due or not due to fault of your own, we are sure that he’d be able to help you get the results you desire. In... our case, we know that he also did some serious back-channeling efforts even during weekends. Result: Case dismissed (on Day 1)! His ad says that his practice areas are Immigration, Criminal Defense, Asylum, DUI and DWI.
