Praise for Peter Herbst

Peter was a tremendous help in updating our previous will! He was able to answer all our questions as to power of attorney,living will versus DNR, tax issues if we decided to pursue a trust for our assets and gave us an education as to the current legalities of elder law. My wife and I feel that our ...decision to use G&H was most fortunate for us and our family!

I highly recommend Peter Herbst

I highly recommend Peter Herbst for his knowledge of Elder Law and Estate Planning. My husband and I recently had Peter advise us as we updated our will. He patiently explained all the options available and the advantages and disadvantages of each option. He provided detailed explanations and gave ...us material to read before we decided the best plan for us. He explained various types of trusts to us and provided examples and potential scenarios of each. He explained everything in detail and assured us that he was there to answer any questions we may have. He also made sure to tell us we could call him with questions before and after our documents were filed and there would be no charge for phone calls. He filed our Will, Power of Attorney, HIPPAA Release, Declaration of Elder Homestead, Expression of Intention Regarding Health Care , & Release of Electronically Stored Information. He suggested that we call him if any situations occurred which might require a change to be made in our estate plans. He gave examples of changes in the future.

My mother recently passed away when my father was in a rehab center. Because of her death it changed my fathers financial situation which almost left him out of care. Found PETER online he offered great advise to put my father back to his eligibility right way I'm so glad I found him . He pointed ...us to the right direction , followed up from start to finish .
